To attend TechExpo 2026, you must register. Join the waitlist.

If you have registered and can no longer attend, please cancel your registration so others may attend TechExpo.

Attending TechExpo

Where to go

  • The event will be held at the Conference Center at NCBiotech in Research Triangle Park (see map).
  • Parking:
    • NCBiotech has ample free parking, though carpooling is always appreciated.
    • Once you turn off TW Alexander, follow the Event Parking signs to the lot. There is a short walk to the entrance.
    • Handicapped parking is available near the building entrance.
  • When you arrive, have your registration email available and visit the Check-in table near the entrance. Attendees who are not registered will not be admitted.
  • Conference schedule is available in our Event Portal. Venue maps are below, and there is signage throughout the Conference Center.
  • NCBiotech has a private Mother’s Room / Wellness Room located upstairs. There is a quiet coworking space on the second floor, as well.

What to bring

  • Your confirmation email with QR code is required for admission.
  • Feel free to bring a laptop or tablet, if desired, but it isn’t necessary. Wi-Fi details are below.
  • Dress code: Casual, business casual, or your usual in-person work attire. You may be photographed!
  • Weather permitting, you may enjoy lunch in the courtyard. There is seating available, but you are also welcome to bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket.

Please note: Cell service can be spotty at NCBiotech, so they highly recommend folks join the Wi-Fi immediately upon arrival.

Food & drink

  • A light breakfast, coffee, sandwich lunch, and desserts are included – with catering arranged by NCBiotech.
    • Breakfast: 8:00 – 9:00 a.m.
    • Lunch: 11:45 a.m  – 1:00 p.m.
  • The venue will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements indicated on your registration.
  • If preferred, there are several restaurants and coffee shops within a short driving distance of NCBiotech.

Presenters & Volunteers

  • Confirmed presenters and volunteers should refer to your emails for specific details and contact information.
  • To sign up to volunteer, you should register for the event and note your interest as part of the registration process. Our Volunteer Committee will follow up with you.
