Every year, we have over 30 tables available in the vendor fair, some located in the foyer just outside the main conference room, and some located outside the conference room on the patio. The $675 table fee includes a display table, chairs, power, internet connectivity, lunch, and refreshments throughout the day for up to two attendees (additional representatives from your company can attend for a nominal fee). Please be aware that due to limitations on gifting to Duke employees, only product literature can be distributed at TechExpo; no “swag” having company colors, names, or logos (e.g., pens, water bottles, etc.) will be allowed.
We will also have six time slots available for vendor presentations, all during the morning hours of the TechExpo. Time slots cost $1,150 and are 45 minutes in length; we suggest that the presentation be 30 to 35 minutes long, with an additional 10 to 15 minutes set aside for questions from the audience.
