ABSTRACT:

Service Transition Readiness Assessment (STRA) is a review process in DHTS to ensure the readiness of new applications, systems or services being implemented have the proper documentation(run books, account management plans etc.) monitoring, and collaboration and agreements among supporting service groups. Also, plans are in place for go live support and ongoing support after the go live and throughout the life of the service. Service Review Assessment (SRA) is a new review process in DHTS similar to STRA but the focus is a Health Check on the existing applications, systems or services to ensure they have the proper documentation in place and they have agreements with other service groups in DHTS that assist with ongoing monitoring and support.
